The tutor will be approachable and open to discussions about how the student is doing with the student and parent.

The tutor will adopt a positive, enthusiastic, and encouraging approach at all times, during monthly Zoom sessions.

The tutor shall keep all information on the student confidential and shall contact other parties involved in the education of the student only if given written permission by the student/parent/carer to do so.

The tutor will make the monthly Zoom session link and dates available to the student at the start of the subscription.

The student/parent/carer agrees to contact the tutor as soon as any questions arise that concern the subscription.

The student/parent/carer agrees to send any questions to be addressed at a monthly Zoom session by 6pm, two days prior to the session by emailing jane@giftedonline.co.uk

System Outages and Force Majeure

The Tutor won’t be held responsible if its systems are down or inaccessible due to loss of internet, outages caused by third-party providers, or any other issues beyond its control ("Force Majeure Events").
